Help for First-time Users: A Note From Harley
I developed Harley Hahn's Internet Yellow Pages as a personal guide to life, annotated with the very best resources the Internet has to offer.
Within the Yellow Pages, I have covered more than 3,600 different topics, organized into 193 categories. You'll find many, many links to Web sites, Usenet discussion groups, and mailing lists, as well as a great deal of writing: essays, commentary, and descriptions.
There are two ways to get started: either search for what you want, or explore.
If you are in a hurry, just type a word or two into the search bar above and click on the Search button.
You will be shown all the categories that contain topics whose titles contains those words. For example, if you search for history, you'll see a list of all the categories that contains topics whose title contains the word "history". (Try it.)
If you are not exactly sure what you want, search for a general term, such as music, sports, medicine, pets, money, love, politics, religion, and so on.
To explore the Yellow Pages, just click on one of the four links at the top of the page.
Home: A special page to help you find what you want quickly.
Categories: A list of all 193 categories in alphabetical order.
People: A list of all the people who are covered in the Yellow Pages.
All Topics: A comprehensive list of every topic and every category. (May take a few moments to load.)
If you have a moment right now, try each of these links and see what you find. I bet you'll be pleasantly surprised.
